Job Description: Objective: 1. Ownership of GT Primary for assigned Units / Zones - MEP Order taking and fulfilment (Order Creation, Clearance & Delivery Creation).2. Ensure Primary Targets for the Day, Week & Month are supported and driven along with the Zonal Sales and Distribution Teams.3. Prepare data templates to enable effective order taking Centrally and work with zones to enhance data supports for timely execution.4. Plan and Execute the Training, Execution Skills and Communication with TP Resources to ensure Business Deliverables.Title: Executive - Distributor Order Management Function: Commercial Work Location: Bangalore Job Responsibilities: 1. Design / Use Excel templates for collection of data from zone for the MEP, Sales hierarchy, constraints for each MEPs, stock allocation etc.2. Design / Use Excel templates for collection of data from all the Shipping location in the country for MEP constraints (such as load clubbing, lanes, vehicles type's, palletisation constraints etc.)3. Develop a database of all MEP related key information, which will help to take decision during the go live phase.4. Understand the key levers for MEP - Primary sales and service level at each location and document them. Optimize the transportation costs using levers such as % one way, Lodability etc.5. Testing of for IT tools and SAP / ERP Enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare data and support for testing of new IT Tools.6. Support all the Execution related / Change Management activities - constant engagement with the Zonal / Location Sales teams - Manager & STL's - to ensure that our Primary Volume objectives are met and exceeded.7. This process operates to Business requirements - 7 days a week, 365 days a year - 16 - 20 hours on peak days. We plan Compensatory offs for Associates working on declared holidays.Operational Deliverables: 8. Ensure KPIs and SLAs, engages with zones to support and drive Volumes. Deliver the service levels and GR targets.9. Achieve value realization targets (business KPIs such as Primary Volumes, Gross Revenue, MSBF Billing, SKU Mix, Juice Drives, Focus Pack Drives, % of One-way Dispatches, Load ability, Palletization etc.)10. Understand how the TMS works, and ensure adequate data on the Sales Order, Delivery for ensuring TMS optimization.11. Engage with internal and external customers and follow governance model.12. Ensure development of subordinates and career planning.13. Work Force Management - Leaves, prepare roasters and training plans based on feedback on Quality control and performance of agents.14.
