
- Hirly is looking for our "Patient Zero" of recruitment. We are seeking a Founding Member who is, first and foremost, a hands-on executioner.
- This is a high-impact Individual Contributor (IC) role. You will not be managing a team on Day 1; you will be building the revenue engine by doing what you do best: finding, interviewing, and placing top talent across various industries.
- You are the standard-bearer. The quality of candidates you submit will define our brand reputation in the market.
The Day-to-Day (The Grind):
- You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for our diverse client base. No task is too small.
- Sourcing Ninja: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and your own network to hunt down candidates for roles ranging from Tech to Sales to Operations.
- The Gatekeeper (Interviewing): Conduct rigorous screening calls and video interviews. You aren't just checking boxes; you are assessing culture fit, technical competency, and longevity. You are the first line of defense for our clients.
- Client Partnering: Act as the direct point of contact for hiring managers. Take job briefs, manage expectations, and guide them through the offer process.
- Generalist Agility: One day you are hiring a Java Developer, the next a Marketing Manager. You must be able to switch contexts rapidly.
- Process Architect: Since you are the first, you will document your workflows to help us build the playbook for future hires.
Who You Are:
- A "Full-Stack" Recruiter: You don't need a sourcer to find leads for you. You don't need a coordinator to schedule calls. You own the entire funnel.
- Vertical Agnostic: You are not afraid of new industries. You know how to research a role you've never worked on and become an expert in 24 hours.
- High Volume, High Quality: You know how to balance speed with precision. You understand that in staffing, "time to fill" is money.
- Thick Skinned: You know that candidates ghost and clients change their minds. You take the hits and keep moving.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (Agency experience is highly preferred).
- Versatility: Proven track record of closing roles in at least two different verticals (e.g., IT and Non-IT).
- Toolkit: Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Communication: Exceptional interviewing skills-you know how to get the truth out of a candidate.
