Job Overview:

- We are a leading Staffing Services company based in Bangalore seeking a passionate and visionary Business Leader to join us as a Co-Founder or Partner for Growth.


- This pivotal role focuses on scaling our business through new and existing client acquisition, engagement, and service delivery. You will build and lead a dedicated team, receiving full support to drive growth within your designated vertical or domain, with no personal investment required.

Role & Responsibilities

- Business Growth Leadership: As Director for Growth, lead the acquisition and engagement of new business, as well as the expansion of existing client relationships. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of staffing services.

- Team Leadership & Management: Build, lead, and manage the entire sales and delivery functions within your domain. Form and mentor a high-performing team.

- Strategic Vision & Execution: Collaborate with management to define the company's vision, build the organizational team, and shape the operational platform.

- Technology Oversight: Oversee all aspects of technology, including defining the technical strategy, architecture, best practices, and technology stacks. Build and lead the tech team as the company scales.

- Problem Solving & Enablement: Provide expertise and partnership to solve business challenges through practical solutions that accelerate learning and enable the execution of organizational strategy.

- Change Management: Lead and influence change management initiatives alongside functional and operational leaders to address issues, enhance overall performance, and build the talent capability of teams.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in Staffing/Recruitment: Proven experience in either IT or Non-IT staffing or recruitment services.

- Sales & Delivery Leadership: Demonstrated success in building, leading, and managing entire sales and delivery operations.

- Platform Building: Ability to work with management in building the company's vision, team, and operational platform.

- Technical Acumen: Experience overseeing technical strategy, architecture, best practices, and technology stacks, with the ability to build and lead a tech team.

- Strategic Problem Solving: Proven ability to provide practical solutions that speed learning and enable strategic execution.
