About Humppl:

Humppl is a people and transformation company building future-ready solutions for businesses, campuses, leaders, and workforces.

Our work spans people and workforce transformation, Fractional CHRO solutions, leadership and capability development, recruitment, executive search, campus-to-corporate transformation, and institutional growth.

We have recently launched Campus Readiness Mirror, a future-readiness assessment and transformation platform for higher education institutions.

As Humppl enters its next stage of growth, we are looking for an operating co-founder who can help scale the business, accelerate market adoption, and build sustainable revenue engines across our Business and Campus pillars.

The Opportunity:

This is not a conventional job, advisory position, or passive investment opportunity.

We are looking for a co-founder who will:

- Invest meaningful capital

- Take significant ownership in the company

- Work full-time alongside the Founder

- Translate vision into strategy and execution

- Operate with the ownership and discipline of a COO

- Build revenue, partnerships, visibility, and market demand

The ideal candidate will be comfortable moving from strategy to execution, from shaping go-to-market plans to meeting clients, closing deals, building partnerships, and creating operating discipline.

Core Mandate:

The Co-Founder will:

- Lead the go-to-market strategy for Campus Readiness Mirror

- Build scalable revenue engines across the Business and Campus verticals

- Generate qualified demand for Humppls products and services

- Build corporate, institutional, industry, and ecosystem partnerships

- Strengthen sales, marketing, operations, and commercial execution

- Improve brand visibility and market credibility

- Build teams, systems, and processes for sustainable growth

- Act as a trusted strategic and operating partner to the Founder

Key Responsibilities:

Growth and Revenue:

- Build and manage strong B2B and institutional sales pipelines

- Lead client discovery, solution discussions, proposals, negotiations, and closures

- Create predictable revenue channels across consulting, transformation, capability building, recruitment, and platform-led solutions

- Improve pricing, packaging, cross-selling, and commercial models

- Drive measurable revenue growth and market expansion

Campus Readiness Mirror:

- Own the products go-to-market strategy

- Build adoption across universities, colleges, and education groups

- Engage Vice Chancellors, Principals, Deans, Directors, Registrars, Placement Heads, TPOs, and HODs

- Build partnerships, distribution channels, and institutional sales models

- Convert assessments into diagnostic, roadmap, consulting, and transformation opportunities

Partnerships and Market Development:

- Build strategic relationships with corporates, institutions, industry bodies, associations, investors, and technology partners

- Create alliances that improve market access, credibility, and revenue

- Represent Humppl at industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder discussions

- Strengthen Humppls position in the people and institutional transformation ecosystem

Operations and Scale:

- Translate strategy into clear priorities, milestones, and execution plans

- Build operating rhythms, dashboards, governance, and accountability

- Improve coordination across growth, marketing, product, technology, and delivery

- Recruit, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams

- Create a culture of ownership, speed, pragmatism, and customer focus

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with strong business acumen and a genuine passion for people transformation.

The ideal candidate may be:

- A senior HR or people leader with strong commercial capability

- A business, consulting, transformation, growth, or operations leader

- A founder, former founder, CXO, or startup operator

- Someone with experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or market expansion

- Someone who understands HR, education, employability, leadership, or workforce transformation

You should be:

- Modern, open-minded, unconventional, and pragmatic

- Strong in both strategy and hands-on execution

- Comfortable working in ambiguity

- Capable of simplifying complex ideas into actionable plans

- Confident engaging founders, CXOs, HR leaders, and campus leaders

- Driven by long-term value creation, not just title or compensation

Essential Requirements:

- Proven experience in business growth, sales, partnerships, consulting, or operations

- Strong ability to build pipelines and close B2B or institutional deals

- Experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies

- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder-management skills

- Ability to build teams, systems, and new business verticals

- Financial capacity and willingness to make a meaningful investment

- Readiness to commit full-time and take shared ownership of outcomes

- Experience in HR leadership, consulting, higher education, HR technology, EdTech, SaaS, or startup scaling will be an advantage.

What Humppl Offers:

- Significant equity participation

- Genuine influence over strategy, products, culture, and growth

- The opportunity to build a differentiated people and transformation company

- An existing portfolio across businesses and campuses

- A newly launched platform with strong category potential

- Direct partnership with the Founder

- The opportunity to create both enterprise value and meaningful impact

Important:

This role requires:

- Full-time operating commitment

- Meaningful financial investment

- Direct ownership of revenue and growth

- Hands-on execution

- Shared accountability for strategy, operations, governance, and long-term value creation
