As a Co-Founder and Growth Hacker, you will be a key architect of our company's future. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our direction, driving our growth, and building a successful fintech startup. Your strong background in marketing, engineering, and/or MBA, coupled with your experience in the fintech industry, will be instrumental in our success. Qualifications: - 4-5 years of relevant growth hacking experience, preferably working at a b2c startup or in a strategy role or at Founder's Office. - Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. - Proven track record of success in a startup environment. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of integrity and ethical standards.
