Experienced & Educated: 5-12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or growth, with a degree from a top-tier B-School. EdTech, FMCG

A Builder: You possess world-class problem-solving skills and, more importantly, a relentless execution ability. You don't just create slide decks; you build businesses.

Resilient & Independent: You thrive without a fixed structure or a safety net. You don't need a boss-you need a mission.

Ambitious: You have an insatiable hunger to build and scale a business rapidly and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of the business strategy, taking an idea from concept to market-fit and beyond.

- Drive key business functions, including product strategy, business development, go-to-market execution, and operations.

- Build and scale the business rapidly, focusing on achieving critical milestones related to traction, revenue, and growth.

- Operate with complete autonomy, making critical decisions and taking ownership of both successes and failures.

- Work directly with mentors and backers to refine the business model and navigate strategic challenges.

What's on the Table:

True Ownership: No fixed salary, but a direct path to a co-founder title and a substantial equity stake within 3 months based on performance.

Equity Upside: Significant equity stake in 9-12 months based on traction and delivery.
