Responsibilities: - Develop a minimum viable product (MVP) that showcases the core functionalities of our language learning platform, leveraging AI and NLP techniques to provide an interactive and adaptive learning experience. - Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of the technical infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and language learning technologies, and strategically apply them to enhance our platform. - Define and implement data-driven approaches to optimize the learning algorithms, user experience, and overall platform performance. - Take responsibility for all technical decisions, including selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the development and growth of our platform. Qualifications: - Candidate should be B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech from top Indian or global universities with minimum 5+ years of experience in startup's. - Engineers with Strong background in AI, machine learning, and NLP, designing with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI-based systems. - Proven track record of successfully building and launching MVPs or innovative products in the AI or edtech domains. - Deep understanding of state-of-the-art AI and NLP techniques, and the ability to apply them to language learning scenarios. - Experience in leading and managing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. - Proficiency in multiple programming languages commonly used in AI and NLP, such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically, balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and business goals. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for disrupting the language learning industry and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
