Our client is a domain expert with 18 years of experience in HRIS and Digital Transformation, looking for a technical partner to build the next generation of HR SaaS.
He has already developed the blueprints for more than four distinct SaaS products under the SustAIn roadmap. These are not guesses; they solve specific, validated pain points I have witnessed firsthand in the industry.
He is bootstrapping with a zero-cash burn mentality, leveraging substantial Cloud Credits and government grants (NIDHI). He has a clear, aggressive path to revenue via B2B and B2C channels by Month 3.
He brings the market, the domain expertise, and the sales pipeline and needs you to own the architecture and bring the product to life.
The Role:
- This is not just a coding gig; this is a Product Co-founder role. I am looking for a Senior Product Manager with a technical background (or an Engineering Lead with strong product sense) who is tired of corporate roadmaps and wants to own the entire ship.
What you will own:
- The Architecture: Translate my functional blueprints into a scalable, secure, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- The Build: Hands-on development of the MVP (focusing on the flagship SustAIn module) to hit the Month 3 revenue target.
- The Roadmap: Collaborate with me to prioritize features based on immediate revenue potential vs. long-term strategic value.
- The Stack: You have full autonomy to select the tech stack (MERN, Python/Django, etc.) best suited for speed and scalability.
Who You Are?
- The Builder-PM: You might currently be a Senior PM, but you still know how to code. You understand that in the early days, "strategy" means shipping code.
- Commercial Mindset: You understand that we are building to sell, not just to build. You are comfortable with an iterative, "ship-fast-and-validate" approach.
- Risk Appetite: You understand the startup math. You are willing to trade a short-term salary for significant equity upside and the title of Co-Founder.
The Deal & Compensation:
Equity: Significant double-digit equity (vested over 4 years with a 1-year cliff).
Salary: Full market salary kicks in upon hitting defined revenue milestones or securing Seed funding (targeted for Month 6-9).
