We are seeking a Co-founder & Business Head to drive this growth and execute our vision. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development expertise, a proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities, and a passion for building and scaling brands in the wellness space. Key Responsibilities : - Business Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Teamonk's expansion into domestic and international markets, aligning with the brand's wellness-focused vision. - Revenue and P&L Management: Take ownership of the company's P&L to ensure profitability, growth, and operational efficiency. Identify and prioritize revenue streams, cost optimization strategies, and key business investments. - Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure strategic partnerships and distribution channels to accelerate growth. Drive customer acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships. - Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a cross-functional team to drive alignment on business objectives. Work closely with the Supply Chain Head in Bangalore to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products. - Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitor offerings. Use insights to shape product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions. - Sales and Marketing Oversight: Oversee sales and marketing initiatives, including direct-toconsumer (D2C) strategies and e-commerce growth. Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement across all channels. - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the Board to provide regular updates on business performance, challenges, and growth opportunities. Secure buy-in for key initiatives and investment needs. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development, P&L management, or leadership roles in the FMCG, wellness, or beverage industries. - Demonstrated success in scaling brands, achieving revenue targets, and creating sustainable business models. - Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business challenges. - Passion for wellness and a keen understanding of the premium tea or beverage market is a plus
