Sales Manager


Job Description:


- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence within the jewellery industry.


- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers of jewellery.


- Build and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline, focusing on long-term relationships with Jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers of jewellery.


- Lead negotiations and close deals with B2B customers to drive revenue growth.


- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to B2B customers.


- Manage all Sales Operations by coordinating with various internal departments and servicing all retail jewellery who are part of the business programs.


- Source information from all stakeholders and maintain proper MIS, delivering weekly and monthly reports to the management team.


- Attend trade shows & exhibitions, manage company and associate booths, and generate leads to expand the client base.


- Build and maintain a proper database of jewellers, manufacturers and follow the processes of the sales pipeline.


- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.


Key Skills:


- B2B sales and marketing expertise.


- Strong negotiation and communication skills.


- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends.


- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.


- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.


Mandatory: B2B sales (Gold & Silver).


Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the gem and jewellery B2B business.


Locations Mumbai/Delhi/Kolkata/Pune.
