CMS - Regional Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

- Overall Accountability for ground operations for the assigned region.

- Leading roll out of SOPs and conduct regular audits to ensure 100% compliance at the ground level.

- Keeping close watch on process adherence & conducting surprise audits

- Effectively strategizing & handling Logistics operations, maintenance and route optimization

- Identifying & managing risk factors during operations - Analysing operations carried out with proper infrastructure, like manpower, vehicles, trunks, locks etc

- Lead process related improvements

- Provide efficient and effective customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
