Partnership Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to drive new partner alliances and manage end-to-end partnerships within assigned segments including NBFCs, MFIs, e-commerce, logistics, and government organizations. The role focuses on revenue generation through strategic hunting, farming, deal negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new partner alliances in assigned segments to expand CMS Infosystems Direct-to-Retail cash business.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with Financial Institutions (NBFCs, MFIs, E-commerce, Logistics) and Government bodies.
- Identify, negotiate, and close deals with new partners, ensuring profitable growth.
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle: from partner identification, onboarding, go-live, farming, to collections.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams for smooth implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate partnership effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance CMSs market presence.
- Cross-sell and penetrate all lines of business (LOBs) of CMS Infosystems into partner accounts.
- Maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability for the assigned geography.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or business development within financial services, e-commerce, logistics, or government sectors.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage complex partnerships end-to-end with revenue ownership.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
