CMS IT Services - Senior Presales Solution Architect - Infrastructure & Managed Services

We are seeking a hands-on Presales Solution Architect with deep expertise in - IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Managed Services, and System Integration (SI) .

This role requires strong technical depth and the ability to - design, articulate, and win large-scale infrastructure and managed services deals- across enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Infrastructure Solution Design (Core Focus)

Design end-to-end - IT Infrastructure solutions- across:

- Data Center (Colocation, Migration, Consolidation, Setup)

- Compute (Servers, Virtualization - VMware/Hyper-V)

- Storage & Backup solutions

- Network (Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, WAN/LAN)

- Create - HLD/LLD architecture documents- and solution blueprints

- Lead - infra transformation and system integration (SI) solutioning

Managed Services Solutioning:

- Design - SLA-driven managed services models (L1/L2/L3 support)

- Define - NOC / Infrastructure support frameworks and delivery models

- Build - infra outsourcing, AMC/AMS, and transition strategies

Presales & Deal Support:

- Own - end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ responses- with strong technical depth

- Develop - solution architecture, effort estimation, and pricing models

- Work closely with sales to - shape, qualify, and close deals

Client Engagement:

- Engage with - CIO/CTO and enterprise stakeholders

- Conduct - deep-dive technical discussions, workshops, and solution presentations-

- Act as a - trusted advisor- for infrastructure transformation initiatives

Must-Have Skills (Strict Requirement)

- 10-18 years of experience in - IT Infrastructure / Managed Services / SI

Strong hands-on experience in:

- Data Center technologies (Colocation, DC setup, migration)

- Network (Cisco routing, switching, WAN/LAN, SD-WAN)

- Servers, storage, and virtualization platforms

- Proven experience in - infra presales / solution architecture roles

- Experience in - large enterprise deals ($1M+ or equivalent)

- Strong expertise in - managed services solutioning (SLA, NOC, support models)

Good to Have:

- Cloud (AWS / Azure / Hybrid integration)

- Cybersecurity solutions (SOC, SIEM, endpoint security)

Not a Fit If:

- Experience is primarily in - SaaS / product / application presales

- Background is mainly - program management / delivery

- No hands-on exposure to - infrastructure or data center solutioning
