We are looking for a seasoned Senior Managed Service Pre-Sales Architect with deep expertise in Managed IT Services, including Help Desk, End User Computing, Data Center Infrastructure, Network Services and Security i.e. Infrastructure & Cyber Security with 15 years of overall experience with least 5 years in presales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements through RFPs/RFIs, discovery workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

- Design end-to-end managed service solutions (Help Desk, EUC, Data Center, Network, Security).

- Create scalable, secure, and cost-effective architecture tailored to client needs.

- Develop detailed solution documents including technical architecture, service scope, SLAs, and delivery methodology.

- Write comprehensive proposals, SoWs, solution overviews, and presentations.

- Customize reusable solution assets to accelerate response timelines.

Resource Estimation & Costing:

- Perform effort estimation, resource modelling, and capacity planning for various services.

- Create cost models including FTE-based or outcome-based pricing.

- Work with delivery and finance teams to validate effort and optimize cost structures.

Client Engagement & Stack holder management:

- Present solutions and proposals to clients, addressing technical and business queries.

- Conduct solution walkthroughs and demonstrations.

- Act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales discussions.

- Liaise with delivery, operations, and practice teams for solution feasibility and alignment.

- Support sales teams in qualifying leads and shaping deals.

- Maintain and update a repository of solution templates, case studies, and costing models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Managed Services, with at least 8-9 years in a pre-sales/solutioning role.

- Proven experience in manged service solutions for ITSM, Help Desk, EUC, Data Center, Network Management and Security services (Infrastructure & Cybersecurity).

- Strong understanding of RFP/RFI response process.

- Proficiency in Excel (for costing), PowerPoint for solution decks, and proposal writing).
