
The Presales Manager will act as a key link between the sales team and technical solutions team, driving customer engagement by understanding business requirements and proposing appropriate CMSIT (Computer Management Systems & IT Infrastructure) solutions.
The role involves solution design, client presentations, technical consultations, and supporting deal closures.
1. Presales & Solutioning
- Understand customer requirements across IT infrastructure, CMS, networking, cloud, and security solutions
- Design customized CMSIT solutions aligned with client needs
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and scope documents.
2.Sales Support
- Work closely with sales teams to qualify leads and opportunities
- Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with detailed technical inputs
- Assist in pricing, solution positioning, and competitive analysis
