CMS IT Services - Practice Lead - Cloud/Cybersecurity & Managed IT Services

CMS IT Services is on a bold transformation journey in FY26 - led by a newly formed, deeply experienced management team and backed by Florintree Advisors, a growth-focused PE firm with successful bets across technology and infrastructure sectors.

As we scale our next-gen offerings across Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT Services, we are looking for a COE Practice Lead who brings strong technical expertise, business acumen, and people leadership to help us shape the future of CMS IT.

What You'll Do:

- Build, lead, and grow a high-performing solution architect team across Cloud, Security & Infra

- Partner closely with Sales & Delivery to drive end-to-end solutioning and execution confidence

- Own technical solution frameworks across AWS, Azure, GCP, SOC, IAM, and Hybrid Cloud

- Incubate advanced security capabilities such as VAPT, Red Teaming, EDR/XDR, Zero Trust

- Solve deep technical delivery challenges with agility and domain strength

- Act as the technical face of CMS IT in customer pursuits and CXO discussions

- Build reusable knowledge assets to accelerate go-to-market

You're a Great Fit If You:

- Have 15+ years of experience in tech consulting, COE, solution architecture or delivery leadership

- Bring hands-on expertise in cloud migrations, cybersecurity architecture, and hybrid infra design

- Have led technical teams and worked cross-functionally with Sales, OEMs, and Delivery

- Are outcome-oriented, with the ability to simplify complexity and articulate customer value

- Hold an Engineering degree (mandatory); relevant cloud/security certifications are a plus
