
What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end bid lifecycle for large and strategic opportunities (RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, etc.)
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, COE, Legal, Finance, and HR teams to stitch winning responses
- Translate customer requirements into compelling, compliant, and technically sound proposals
- Build and manage bid plans, stakeholder tasks, timelines, and governance milestones
- Write, edit, and curate proposal content including executive summaries, win themes, case studies, and solution descriptions
- Maintain a central bid repository with past responses, templates, project credentials, etc.
- Review and refine commercial submissions, BoQs, and pricing models in consultation with sales and finance
- Track win-loss outcomes and lead bid retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have 8-12 years of experience managing large, multi-tower IT services bids
- Are familiar with Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, Infra Modernization, and SI deals
- Have strong knowledge of government and enterprise bid processes (including GeM, CPP, etc. if relevant)
- Are proficient in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and project planning tools
- Possess excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills
- Can operate under tight deadlines and thrive in high-pressure environments
- Have a structured approach to organizing bid content, communication, and decision checkpoints
- A background in engineering or technology + exposure to proposal consulting is a plus
