Job Description:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Support the FP&A function by assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Work closely with the finance team to provide timely and accurate financial insights.

Data-Driven Insights:

- Use financial data to perform in-depth analysis on revenue, cost, and profitability drivers.

- Present insights that help inform strategic and operational decisions.

Industry Knowledge Application:

- Apply knowledge to interpret financial data and contribute to industry-specific reporting and insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work with teams across sales, operations, and product to collect inputs for financial planning and provide financial guidance to support business units.

Risk & Compliance Support:

- Assist in identifying financial risks and support compliance efforts with internal policies and external regulations.

Performance Monitoring:

- Track key financial metrics and support performance reviews.

- Assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools for real-time business visibility.

Systems & Process Improvement:

- Work with IT and finance stakeholders to help improve financial systems and automate reporting processes for better efficiency.
