Sales & Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals for CMS infosystems Cash products across local retail market
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and expand the customer base.
- Manage and grow customer base through channel partners, such as agency/aggregator and direct engagement with the assigned retail market, to reach all segments of the market.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and train FOS sales teams to ensure consistent performance.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to improve staff skills and performance.
- Set performance standards and ensure staff achievement of targets.
Market & Customer Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned area.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor data, and collect customer feedback to inform strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer needs and concerns.
Operations & Reporting:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operations of retail stores within the territory
- Prepare detailed sales reports and present insights to upper management
