Looking for someone having exposure into CMBS/Commercial mortgage/Us mortgage/Commercial real estate

MBA Preferred

- Monitor and report on financial performance of CMBS properties.

- Reconcile monthly portfolio statistics, remittance data, and asset reports.

- Review rent rolls to track lease expirations, renewals, and rent concessions.

- Compile property-level data into portfolio-wide reports and presentations.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for CMBS assets.

- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership and Credit Risk teams.

- Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed.

- Support automation of CMBS reporting tools to improve efficiency.

- Research market trends and asset performance.

- Track borrower submissions and perform covenant compliance checks.
