Clyptus - Business Analyst - Finance Domain

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with finance teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translate requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and new implementations.

- Perform financial data analysis to support business decisions and identify areas of improvement.

- Collaborate with IT and product teams to implement solutions aligned with financial and business needs.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for financial performance monitoring.

- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend process improvements.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as required.

- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth adoption of financial systems and tools.

- Provide training and documentation for finance teams on new processes or systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the finance domain.

- Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting, and analysis.

- Hands-on experience with ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

- Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
