About the Role

We are hiring leadership professionals across levels (Cluster, Regional, Zonal, and National Heads) for leading Banks and NBFCs. These roles are focused on driving business growth in the Mid Corporate and Large Corporate segments, managing high-value client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional strategies to drive business growth across large corporates, mid corporates, anchors, and ecosystem partners

- Acquire new-to-bank/NBFC clients and expand the corporate client base

- Lead, mentor, and manage Relationship Managers to achieve business targets and KPIs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders across functions (Finance, Operations, IT, Commercial, Procurement)

- Drive cross-sell of a wide range of financial products including lending, supply chain finance, and structured solutions

- Own regional revenue targets, throughput, and portfolio performance

- Monitor team productivity, track performance metrics, and implement improvements

- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

- Strengthen and deepen existing client relationships to maximize wallet share

- Leverage opportunities arising from government initiatives, PSUs, CPSEs, and state-level programs

Candidate Profile

- 5 to 18 years of experience in Corporate Banking / NBFCs / Lending / Fintech / Supply Chain Finance

- Proven track record in managing and growing Large Corporate and Mid Corporate relationships

- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and scale teams

- MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (multi-language proficiency is an advantage)
