The Cluster Factory Head

The Cluster Factory Head is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of multiple manufacturing units within a defined region. This role ensures seamless production, quality control, cost optimization, safety compliance, and team development across the factories, driving operational excellence and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all factories in the cluster.

- Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

- Implement best practices in safety, sustainability, and lean manufacturing.

- Coordinate with supply chain, planning, and R&D teams for smooth operations.

- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Develop and mentor plant leadership teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

- 12 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in multi-plant leadership.
