Cluster Manager - Wealth Management - HNI & UHNI

About the Role:

Seeking experienced Wealth Management professionals for the position of Cluster Manager - Wealth Management. This is a Playing Captain role where the candidate will be responsible for achieving individual business targets while leading and driving the performance of a team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong Wealth Management or Private Banking background, extensive experience managing HNI/UHNI clients, and the ability to bring and lead a team of high-performing Wealth Managers or Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Wealth Managers/Relationship Managers.

- Drive both individual and team business targets.

- Acquire, manage, and grow relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.

- Build and manage a Wealth Book/AUM of 50 Crore to 80 Crore or higher.

- Drive revenue through Wealth and Investment products.

- Support team members in client acquisition and portfolio growth.

- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and client engagement activities.

- Develop strategies for AUM growth, revenue generation, and client retention.

- Ensure superior client servicing and relationship management.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions.

- Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of business goals.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Wealth Advisory.

- Prior Team Handling experience is mandatory.

- Candidate should be capable of bringing a team of 4-5 Wealth Managers/Relationship Managers.

- Must have experience handling HNI and UHNI clients.

- Candidate should manage or be capable of moving a minimum Wealth Book/AUM of 50 Crore - 80 Crore.

- Strong track record in AUM growth, revenue generation, and relationship management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong understanding of Wealth Products and Investment Solutions.
