About the Role:

We are looking for experienced and motivated Cluster Managers to lead wealth management business operations in Chennai.

The role involves overseeing a team of Relationship Managers, managing HNI and ultra-HNI client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic financial planning and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to deliver revenue and AUM targets.

- Engage with HNI/ultra-HNI clients to offer personalized investment solutions.

- Guide clients on financial planning, portfolio performance, and product selection.

- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Build and promote the wealth management brand in the region.

- Monitor team performance and support talent development initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

- 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, BFSI sales, or financial advisory.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Experience in managing HNI relationships and driving sales performance.
