Hiring: Cluster Manager - Retail Sales | AMC

Location: Tamil Nadu (Madurai/Trichy)

Budget: upto 24 LPA + 40% Variable

Role Summary:

Responsible for driving retail sales growth, increasing AUM, and expanding market share through distributor acquisition, engagement, and channel management across the assigned cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales, AUM, SIP, and market share growth.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with MFDs, IFAs, Banks, and Channel Partners.

- Acquire and activate new distributors to expand business reach.

- Lead and develop sales teams across the cluster.

- Ensure high service standards, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to enhance brand visibility and business penetration.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in Mutual Fund / AMC retail sales.

- Strong channel and distributor management expertise.

- Proven track record of handling large AUM and achieving sales targets.

- Leadership experience in managing teams across multiple locations.
