
Description:
- Business Growth: Execute cluster-level plans for sales, AUM growth, and market share expansion; achieve targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor Relationship Managers (RMs) and area heads.
- Client Acquisition: Lead efforts for HNI/UHNI client acquisition, cross-selling, and relationship management.
- Network Expansion: Grow Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) networks (ARN holders) and onboard new entrants.
- Sales & Service: Monitor sales processes, ensure seamless client service, and align with research recommendations.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory norms, policies, and KYC/compliance.
Qualifications & skills:
Experience: 7-12+ years in wealth management/investment advisory, with leadership experience (managing RMs/advisors).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products (MFs, equity, fixed income, alternatives), and regulation.
Skills: Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, excellent communication, sales orientation, leadership, and analytical skills.
Qualifications: MBA/Graduate in Finance; CFP, NISM, CFA, or CA are preferred.
