About the Role:

As the Cluster Lead - South, you will drive supply growth, vendor partnerships, and fulfilment operations across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

This role is critical to ensuring a strong pipeline of drivers, riders, and gig workers to meet hiring demand from enterprise clients. You will manage cluster managers and vendor partners while owning supply acquisition, onboarding, and activation across the region.

If you are a strong operator with experience managing field teams, vendor ecosystems, and multi-city supply operations in fast-paced environments, this role offers the opportunity to build and scale one of the largest workforce supply engines in India.

What You'll Be Doing?

1. Supply Ownership:

- Own supply acquisition and fulfilment targets across South India clusters, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates to meet enterprise hiring demand.

2. Vendor Ecosystem Development:

- Build and scale a large vendor and recruitment partner network for candidate sourcing. Improve vendor productivity, quality, and turnaround time.

3. Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage Cluster Managers and Business Development Executives across the region.


- Drive accountability through clear targets, performance reviews, and structured operating cadences.

4. Operational Excellence:

Continuously improve operational metrics including:

- Cost per hire

- Fulfilment rate

- Activation rate

- Vendor turnaround time

- Supply funnel conversions

5. Market Expansion:

- Support new city launches and client expansions across the South region by building supply readiness and vendor networks in new markets.

Data & Performance Tracking:

- Track supply funnel performance from lead generation to activation.


- Analyse conversion metrics, identify operational risks, and drive corrective actions.


Role Requirements:

- Have 8+ years of experience in Channel Development, Merchant Acquisition, Vendor Management, or Field Sales Operations.

- Have experience managing regional or multi-city operations teams.

- Have built or managed partner/vendor ecosystems at scale.

- Are highly numbers-driven and comfortable with operational metrics.

- Have strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

- Are comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.

- Bring a strong bias for execution and ownership
