Position Overview:
The Cluster Manager will oversee all wealth management operations within the Chennai region. This leadership role involves managing a team of Relationship Managers, building and nurturing client relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients, driving business growth, enhancing portfolio performance, and strengthening the brand's presence in the market. A strong mix of strategic thinking and operational execution is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Advisory, Engage directly with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients to assess their financial goals.
- Provide tailored investment solutions and ensure a premium service experience.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to implement and monitor wealth strategies.
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and advice.
- Market Intelligence & Product Strategy, Conduct detailed analysis of financial markets, products, and trends.
- Support the team in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Use data insights to enhance client portfolios and advisory effectiveness.
- Financial Planning & Performance Tracking, Guide in designing customized financial plans based on client needs and risk profiles.
- Deliver periodic performance reports and portfolio summaries.
- Achieve business targets for revenue, asset growth, and new client acquisition.
- Team Leadership & Development, Recruit, train, and lead a team of wealth professionals.
- Set performance goals and ensure continuous team development.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on ethics, innovation, and results.
- Represent and establish the brand's wealth management offerings within the assigned geography.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in wealth management with team leadership exposure.
