Job Profile : Cluster Head - Wealth - Team Handling

Role :

- The incumbent would be responsible for the managing HNI customers (with surplus investment amounts of Rs. 1 Crore above) and have regular meetings with them

- Supporting team to achieve their sales target which would result in a revenue of 3.5 times of CTC

- Execute cluster business plans for the Wealth Management segment to drive sales in the region

- Continuously improve the sales effectiveness

- Motivate and direct the sales team

- Distinguish the company vis a vis competitor

- Engage in brand building exercises by focussing on the research based strength of the company
