Hiring for Cluster Head-ABG Department in a leading Bank.
Location - Mumbai.
Role Summary:
Responsible for driving growth and profitability of the business loan portfolio in the assigned division by managing sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high-quality loan portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for secured and unsecured business loan products.
- Lead and manage a large sales team including Area Managers and Relationship Officers.
- Guide the team on business loan products, including CC/OD and working capital facilities.
- Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the credit team for smooth loan processing and approvals.
- Monitor portfolio quality, track repayments, and control delinquencies.
- Review team performance and provide regular feedback to improve sales outcomes.
- Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Travel across the assigned division as per business requirements.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience & Leadership: Possess a proven track record of 8+ years in the lending and sales domain, with a minimum of 6-10 years in a senior leadership position, successfully managing large teams and driving business outcomes Strong knowledge of secured and unsecured business loans and CC/OD products.
- Exposure to handling loan ticket sizes of - 25 lakh and above.
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree required.
