Cluster Head - Sales - Banking

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join a leading Asset Management Company as Cluster Head - Banking Channel based in Delhi NCR. This role will be responsible for managing and driving mutual fund sales through the banking channel across a defined geography/cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and direction to branch managers and other team members, ensuring they meet their performance goals.

- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of the organization for the cluster assigned.

- Analyze market trends and competition and identify opportunities and threats.

- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branches.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for organizational growth.

Candidate Profile:

- 8-12 years of experience in mutual fund sales, preferably within the banking channel.

- Proven track record of team handling and driving results.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

- Excellent understanding of mutual fund products and the regulatory landscape.

- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
