Job Description:


We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Cluster Head to lead our regional operations and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and account management, with a strong understanding of transporter and fleet operations.

This role is crucial for onboarding and retaining key partners, managing key accounts, and leading a regional team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth:


- Drive revenue targets by onboarding and retaining transporters, brokers, and affiliate partners within your assigned cluster.

- You'll be responsible for managing medium and large fleet operators as key accounts.


Account Management:


- Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase revenue and strengthen relationships with key partners.

- Your focus will be on ensuring an excellent customer experience to foster long-term loyalty.


Team Leadership:


- Manage and mentor a regional team, guiding them to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.

- You will be responsible for their development and success.


Operational Expertise:


- Use your strong understanding of fleet operations and affiliate networks to identify opportunities for growth and resolve any operational challenges.


Skills:

- Business Development: Proven experience in business development and account management.


- Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate a regional team to achieve sales and performance targets.


- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of transporter/fleet operations and affiliate networks is essential.


- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.


Experience & Education:

- Experience: The role description suggests a professional with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development and account management, with a focus on leadership and regional management.


- Education: A Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
