Job Title: Cluster Head Key Account Management (Institutional Sales)
Location: Mumbai
About the Company:
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive institutional business growth across key high-value client segments. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to wealth management, mutual funds, AIFs, structured products, and institutional relationship management.
Role Overview:
The Cluster Head Key Account Management will lead institutional sales and manage strategic relationships with Family Offices, Promoter Offices, Corporate Treasuries, Large IFAs, and Wealth Distributors. This role requires strong product knowledge, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to achieve AUM and Net Sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual AUM & Net Sales targets for the assigned region.
- Manage and grow relationships across:
- Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices (MFOs), Promoter Groups
- Corporate Treasuries
- Large IFAs and Wealth Distributors
- TASC clients (Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs)
- Drive regional sales strategy aligned with partner channels and distributor frameworks.
- Ensure strong product positioning across MF, AIF, MLD, Equity, and Debt categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal) for smooth execution.
- Track regional performance, conduct market research, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 9-15 years in Key Account Management / Institutional Sales (Mutual Fund or Wealth Ecosystem preferred).
- Education: MBA or equivalent (Finance specialization preferred).
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, AIFs, structured products, and the Wealth Management ecosystem
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and relationship-building abilities
- Solution-oriented mindset with proven stakeholder management
- Ability to handle high-value institutional clients and drive sales independently
