- You will be responsible for driving home loan business for a city/cluster through builder and developer partnerships.

- Your main job is to build strong relationships with builders and their sales teams, generate home loan leads from their projects, and convert those leads by coordinating with banks and internal teams.

- You will also handle and guide a sales team, ensure targets are met, and drive overall revenue for the cluster.

- The role involves end-to-end ownership - lead sourcing, customer interaction, documentation, bank coordination, and reporting.
