Description:


About the Role


The Cluster Growth Head will lead business and supply operations across multiple geographies, driving growth, profitability, and customer experience. This role demands a strong strategic mindset, deep market understanding, and hands-on leadership to scale operations and strengthen Cos market position across both mature and high-growth cities.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Leadership & Strategy


- Lead a young and ambitious city team across multiple states to deliver best-in-class food delivery operations.


- Own the P&L for the region, driving revenue growth while optimizing costs and operational efficiencies.


- Deeply understand city-level nuances across consumer, partner, and delivery executive ecosystems; craft localized strategies for sustainable growth.


- Define and deliver annual and quarterly goals on growth, market share, and key metrics through careful planning, alignment, and review mechanisms


Operational Excellence


- Develop and execute scalable playbooks for expansion, process improvement, and service quality.


- Drive Order Growth, GMV, AOV, Revenue, CX, and NPS by identifying and executing input levers across the funnel.


- Collaborate closely with central planning and product teams on GTM strategy, pilot initiatives, and large-scale rollouts.


- Focus on recently launched restaurant partners, ensuring visibility parity, quality of service, and NPS improvements.


Stakeholder & Partner Management


- Build strong relationships with key partners, acting as the Cos face in the market.


- Drive joint business plans, ensure satisfaction across partners, and eliminate operational bottlenecks.


- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, operations, product, and strategy teams to influence decisions and drive execution.


Marketing & Consumer Growth


- Analyze consumer composition across cities and identify levers to drive new user acquisition, repeat usage, and loyalty.


- Work with central marketing teams on BTL/ATL campaigns, targeted acquisition, and subscription programs.


- Monitor consumer trends and local competition to maintain leadership position.


People Leadership


- Guide and mentor City Heads and Area Leads, ensuring structured goal-setting and performance tracking.


- Build high-performing teams through effective hiring, training, and capability building across levels.


- Create a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.


Desired Skills & Experience


- 7+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations, preferably in consumer-tech, FMCG, or e-commerce.


- Proven leadership and P&L management experience.


- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.


- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (English and Hindi/local language).


- Deep consumer orientation and problem-solving mindset.


- Highly analytical, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


- Ethical, adaptable, and motivated to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
