Cluster Head - Distribution & Warehousing

Description:

The Cluster Head Distribution & Warehousing will be responsible for leading end-to-end distribution center and warehousing operations across a cluster of locations. The role will drive operational excellence, cost optimization, service level adherence, and process standardization while managing large teams, 3PL partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee warehousing and distribution operations across multiple locations within the assigned cluster

- Drive standardization of SOPs, processes, and compliance across warehouses

- Ensure optimal inventory management, storage utilization, and dispatch accuracy

- Manage transportation and last-mile distribution to meet service level and OTIF targets

- Control warehouse and logistics costs, productivity, and CapEx/Opex budgets

- Lead automation, WMS improvements, and continuous process improvement initiatives

- Manage 3PL partners, vendors, and contract negotiations

- Drive safety, statutory, and audit compliance across all facilities

- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing operations and warehouse leadership teams

- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Planning, and Finance teams
