About the Role:
India's largest quick commerce enablement company, is hiring City Operations Leads to run end-to-end quick commerce operations in key metros. This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to scale high-velocity businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large cross-functional city teams including Store Managers, Shift Incharges, Pickers/Packers, Rider Coaches, Field Executives and Sourcing teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Oversee new store launches, onboarding and training within defined timelines.
- Manage daily store KPIs - delivery time, fill rates, customer promise adherence.
- Drive rider fleet performance through training, compliance, and process adherence to minimise delivery breaches, COD losses and customer complaints.
- Benchmark best practices and feed insights to central teams on operations and commercials to help Inamo remain the employer of choice.
- Collaborate with central functions to ensure smooth processes and seamless change management.
- Act as the brand ambassador in your geography.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience (candidates with more may apply).
- Graduate; MBA/Postgraduate preferred.
- Strong record in scaling complex operations in logistics/retail/startups; hands-on problem solver.
- Quick commerce experience as Cluster Manager/City Lead is a plus. (Immediate Joinees Preferred)
