Cluster Head - Business Banking
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and manage Relationship Managers and Branch Business Banking teams across the assigned cluster to achieve business goals and profitability targets.
- Business Development: Drive acquisition of new SME and Business Banking clients by developing strong market presence and leveraging existing relationships.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the health of the business banking portfolio, ensuring asset quality, minimal NPAs, and sustainable growth.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue targets through the sale of working capital products, term loans, trade finance, and other banking solutions tailored for SME clients.
- Credit & Risk Management: Ensure high-quality credit underwriting and maintain portfolio hygiene in line with the bank's risk and compliance policies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement cluster-level business strategies aligned with overall bank objectives; identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, timely service delivery, and cross-selling of financial products.
- Compliance & Governance: Maintain adherence to all regulatory guidelines, internal processes, and audit requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend product and process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, credit, operations, and risk teams to deliver seamless banking solutions to clients.
