Cluster Head - Branch Banking

Description :

Role & responsibilities :

1. Business Growth & Revenue Delivery :

Own and deliver cluster-level business targets across :

- CASA

- Retail assets

- Third-party products

- Drive NTB (New-to-Bank) customer acquisition through branch and local market initiatives

- Monitor and improve cross-sell and upsell ratios

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

2. Branch Operations & Performance Management :

- Oversee day-to-day functioning of all branches within the cluster

- Ensure adherence to operational processes, audit standards, and compliance norms

Track and improve :

- Branch productivity

- Cost-to-income ratio

- Transaction efficiency

- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews

3. Sales Leadership & Team Management :

4. Customer Experience & Relationship Management :

- Ensure superior customer service standards across branches

- Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints

- Build strong relationships with HNI and key customers

5. Risk, Compliance & Audit Governance :

Ensure strict adherence to :

- Regulatory guidelines (RBI norms)

- Internal compliance policies

- Operational risks

- Fraud and vigilance issues

- Audit observations and closures

- Drive branch expansion and market penetration strategies
