Cluster Head - Branch Banking

we have opening for "Cluster Head-Branch Banking" for a leading Bank based at Vellore (Tamil Nadu) location.

Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced banking professional to lead and manage multiple branches within the assigned cluster. The role involves driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, compliance adherence, and team performance across branches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive overall branch banking business (CASA, Retail Assets, Third-party products).

- Monitor and achieve cluster targets (Liabilities, Assets, Revenue & Profitability).

- Lead, mentor & monitor Branch Managers and team members.

- Ensure compliance, audit readiness & risk control across branches.

- Strengthen customer acquisition & relationship management.

- Improve productivity, cross-sell & portfolio quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation / MBA preferred.

- 8 - 20 years of experience in Branch Banking / Retail Banking.

- Minimum 5-7years in team handling / multi-branch management role.

- Strong exposure to CASA, Retail Assets & Cross-sell products

- Should be a local of Tamil Nadu or have worked in same geography.
