We are hiring an experienced Cluster Head to oversee multiple branches/locations and drive operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cluster-level operations and business performance

- Lead and mentor 30+ team members

- Drive 30+ Cr business volumes

- Achieve monthly revenue targets of 7-8 Lakhs

- Ensure operational compliance and business profitability

- Develop business expansion and customer acquisition strategies

- Manage stakeholder relationships with Banks & NBFCs

- Drive process efficiency and team productivity

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong operational and business leadership experience

- Ability to manage multiple locations and large teams

- Excellent stakeholder and revenue management skills
