Reports To (Role): Regional Head

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for sourcing and managing Agribusiness banking products both at B2B & B2C Segment with primary experience of handling customers and products in B2B segments.

- Drive business targets for Agri loans and allied products

- Lead and mentor a team across multiple branches

- Strengthen farmer and agri-entrepreneur engagement

- Ensure portfolio health and compliance

- Build partnerships with agri value chain players

Prior Experience:

- Min 5 year of Experience in Agri MSME business segment in Banks/NBFC with similar products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Sourcing of new customers for Small Agri Business Banking Customers B2B Segment & B2C Segments

- Onboarding of sourced accounts and Cross sell of other banking Liability products

- Any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the Bank.
