1. Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management:

- Lead the overall project portfolio within the assigned cluster, ensuring delivery of strategic infrastructure initiatives on time, within scope, and budget.

- Align projects with corporate goals, capital investment plans, and long-term business strategy.

- Drive performance through structured Project Management Office (PMO) practices and governance mechanisms.

2. Project Planning & Execution:

- Oversee project lifecycle from concept, feasibility, detailed engineering, procurement, execution, commissioning, and handover.

- Approve project charters, execution plans, resource allocation, and progress reporting.

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams engineering, procurement, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.

3. Project Finance Management:

- Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring financial discipline and cost efficiency.
