Opening for Manager Finance (Revenue) with Club Mahindra in Mumbai
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage Revenue Accounting and Monthly MIS reporting related to Sales. The role involves ensuring accurate revenue recognition in compliance with IND AS 115 and ICDS IV, performing reconciliations between statutory and tax books, and supporting system enhancements through UAT testing.
We are hiring only CA qualified, freshers with strong Audit or revenue background can also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Accounting & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition as per IND AS 115 and ICDS IV guidelines.
- Prepare and review reconciliations between IND AS and ICDS books of accounts.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
MIS Reporting:
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for Sales, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
System & Process Improvements
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new developments in SAP and Talisma.
- Provide feedback and support for system enhancements to improve revenue accounting processes.
Audit & Documentation
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
- Maintain robust documentation for revenue recognition policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Chartered Accountant.
Experience: 0-2 years in Revenue Accounting and MIS reporting.
Technical Expertise:
- Extensive knowledge of IND AS 115 and ICDS IV related to revenue recognition.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO module preferred); exposure to Talisma is an advantage.
Other Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in UAT testing and system implementation projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
