Club Mahindra - Manager - Content Management System

Role Overview:

The Manager - CMS will lead and own the end-to-end content operations across Club Mahindra's digital ecosystem, including the website, resort pages, member journeys, booking funnel content, blog ecosystem, microsites, and campaign landing pages.

This role requires a blend of technical CMS expertise, content strategy, stakeholder management, SEO understanding, and the ability to drive content quality, efficiency, and performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CMS Ownership & Governance

- Own the Club Mahindra CMS ecosystem (AEM / WordPress / Drupal or equivalent).

- Lead planning, structuring, creation, publishing, and maintenance of content across digital platforms.

- Establish content governance frameworks, workflows, and approval hierarchies.

- Ensure high CMS uptime, content hygiene, and platform stability in collaboration with tech teams.

2. Content Strategy & Planning

- Translate marketing briefs, product updates, and campaign strategies into structured content plans.

- Partner with brand, creative, product, and business teams to build content roadmaps for:

- Resort pages

- Member experience pages

- Booking journey enhancements

- SEO-driven content modules

- Seasonal campaigns & offers

- Improve content discoverability, user journey flow, and engagement through strategic content placement.

3. Website & Landing Page Management

- Lead the creation and optimization of high-performing pages (resorts, offers, blogs, experiences).

- Ensure pages are responsive, visually consistent, and aligned with UI/UX best practices.

- Manage large-scale updates such as launches, rebranding, and micro-site rollouts.

4. SEO & Performance Optimization

Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content follows best practices:

- Metadata, schema tags, alt tags

- SEO-friendly URL structures

- Internal linking

- Content freshness

- Track and analyze page performance with GA4 / Adobe Analytics.

- Drive continuous improvements for traffic, conversions, and engagement.

5. Stakeholder & Team Management

- Manage a team of CMS executives, content coordinators, or agency partners.

Work closely with:

- Digital Marketing

- Creative Studio

- Product & Tech

- Resorts team

- Customer Experience

- Ensure timely delivery of content updates across cross-functional teams.

6. Quality Assurance & Auditing

Conduct periodic audits for:

- Page accuracy

- Broken links

- Visual inconsistencies

- Stale content

- Compliance issues

- Establish strict QC processes before publishing.

7. CMS Enhancements & Innovations

- Identify opportunities to improve the CMS stack, workflows, and user experience.

- Participate in platform upgrades, UAT, and module/component testing.

- Work with tech teams to implement new templates, plugins, or content features.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Digital Media; MBA preferred.

Experience

- 5-10 years of hands-on CMS management experience.

- Experience in hospitality, travel, e-commerce, or consumer brands preferred.

- Exposure to managing CMS teams or agencies.

Technical Skills

- Expertise in one or more CMS platforms (AEM preferred, WordPress/Drupal/Sitecore good to have).

Working knowledge of:

- HTML/CSS

- SEO fundamentals

- GA4, Adobe Analytics

- Basic design tools (Figma / Photoshop - optional but beneficial)
