- We are looking for a dynamic Head of Social Media to lead Club Mahindra's digital storytelling.

- This is a leadership role for someone who can transform our resorts into aspirational lifestyle destinations through content, community, and creativity.

- The ideal candidate will not only understand the evolving landscape of digital media but will also be a travel aficionado, writer, aesthete, and trend-spotter, passionate about making Club Mahindra synonymous with premium leisure.

Key Responsibilities: A leader who is a doer:

Brand Storytelling & Strategy:

- Design and execute a distinctive social media vision that elevates Club Mahindra's brand and makes our resorts aspirational.

- Build a strong narrative voice that blends travel, lifestyle, design, and premium experiences.

Content & Creative Leadership:

- Lead a team of agency creators, writers, and designers to craft compelling visuals, short-form videos, and long-form stories.

- Develop campaigns that integrate seamlessly across Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

- Infuse storytelling with aesthetic finesse, creativity, and narrative depth.

Community & Engagement:

- Build and nurture a loyal digital community of travel enthusiasts, influencers, and members.

- Drive engagement by creating authentic conversations and storytelling formats.

Innovation & Trendspotting:

- Stay ahead of digital trends, new platforms, and cultural moments to ensure Club Mahindra remains contemporary and premium.

- Experiment with immersive formats like reels, AR/VR travel experiences, live sessions, and podcasts.

Performance & Growth:

- Own KPIs across reach, engagement, conversions, and brand sentiment.

- Collaborate with PR, brand, and digital marketing teams for integrated campaigns.

Candidate Profile:

- 10-15 years of experience in social media / digital marketing with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

- Background in creative agencies, premium consumer brands, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.

- Strong storytelling and writing skills; ability to turn experiences into compelling narratives.

- Aesthetics-driven, with a deep appreciation for design, photography, and premium branding.

- Passionate traveller who understands how to communicate experiences with authenticity.

- Leadership skills to build, inspire, and grow a high-performing content team.
