Key Job Responsibilities : - Understand and analyse the market positioning, identify offline demand, current trends and consumer psyche and create strategies to innovate consumer offerings and drive growth. - To develop and implement category plans consistent with the Electronics and Mobiles Category and within budget. - To lead and manage the acquisition to listing activities of brands for the category. - To ensure that the key metrics governing the health of the Electronics and Mobiles category are met. - Review and analyse data to uncover market opportunities. - Manage growth and P&amp;L for the category. - To ensure legal formalities (on-boarding/integration etc.) with brand partners/vendors to protect organizations interest. An Ideal for this Position: Exp: 8 - 14 Years - MBA from a notable institution preferred. - Someone who has an in-depth understanding of the B to C space and someone who has previously worked in e-commerce industry or start up, specifically in the Electronics and Mobiles segment. - 5 to 8 years of industry experience. - Entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful and goal-oriented. - Impeccable communication and presentation skills. - Ensuring the successful day to day management of the team
