Role Overview:

As a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert, leading the end-to-end design and deployment of complex payroll solutions for our premium clientele. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including FICO and SuccessFactors specialists, to ensure seamless integration between HR processes and financial reporting. Your work will directly influence the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of payroll operations for large-scale organizations, solving intricate technical challenges and providing strategic guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the configuration and customization of SAP Payroll and Time Management modules to meet specific business requirements and statutory compliance standards.

- Design and execute complex payroll schemas and rules to ensure accurate processing of employee compensation, benefits, and deductions.

- Collaborate with the FICO team to ensure precise integration of payroll results into the General Ledger, facilitating accurate financial reporting.

- Manage the transition and integration of legacy SAP HCM systems with SuccessFactors to modernize HR service delivery for our clients.

- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and provide functional specifications to technical teams to resolve complex payroll defects and process bottlenecks.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide expert-level troubleshooting support to ensure project milestones are met within defined timelines.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, and SAP Time Management, with a deep understanding of country-specific payroll regulations.

- Proven ability to bridge functional gaps between SAP HR and SAP FICO, ensuring data integrity across financial and human capital modules.

- Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors, with the ability to lead hybrid implementations and cloud-based HR transformations.

- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to translate complex technical payroll requirements into clear business solutions for senior stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, coordinating with distributed teams to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced consulting setting.

- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience in SAP HCM consulting, with a track record of managing large-scale enterprise implementations.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
