Role Overview:

As a Senior SAP FICO & Central Finance (cFIN) Solution Architect, you will serve as the technical anchor for complex financial transformation programs, bridging the gap between legacy ERP landscapes and modern SAP S/4HANA environments. You will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Central Finance solutions, working closely with global stakeholders, finance leadership, and cross-functional technical teams to harmonize financial processes. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of group-wide financial reporting, real-time data integration, and strategic decision-making capabilities for our clients, ensuring that their financial architecture is scalable, compliant, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect robust Central Finance solutions by mapping complex financial requirements to SAP S/4HANA capabilities to ensure seamless data replication and financial integration.

- Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP SLT (System Landscape Transformation) to facilitate real-time data extraction and replication from heterogeneous source systems.

- Collaborate with business process owners to streamline global finance operations, ensuring that the solution design addresses specific regional compliance and reporting needs.

- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial blueprinting and gap analysis to final cutover and hyper-care support, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined timelines.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance on complex FICO and cFIN issues to foster a high-performing team environment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing SAP Central Finance, with a deep understanding of the replication framework, mapping, and error handling.

- Proven ability to manage complex SAP FICO configurations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling modules.

- Strong technical proficiency in SAP SLT configuration and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity across source and target systems.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders and influence senior management decisions.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations in a client-facing capacity, demonstrating adaptability to hybrid working models in Bangalore.

- Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a minimum of 8 - 14 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting.
